In case you haven't figured this out about me now: I am a chronic futurist and experimenter. But here I'd gathered an audience that is going to take time on Wordpress and so here I am, much humbled. The 30 people who were following me have still stuck around, so that's heartening. Anyway, I'll be blogging from here now when it's craft and/or personal. If there's touring, you'd be better off checking out the Wordpress blog.
Writing. It's moving beyond the passion and into narrow job territory, where it may be fun but it is something I have to return to consistently if this is going to work. I don't give myself a break. Every day, I return to the scene of the crime and keep writing and when the writing does stop in between, it's a major, major pain to get started all over again. Don't get me wrong: I love writing, but it isn't easy. I realize I've said that often on the blog but it's been said so often (and not just by me, ha!) because it's true. Just because it's an "art" form, that doesn't mean it's a walk in the park, a judgment I deeply resent in people who have "real" jobs.
Anyway, it's a little too early in the day for me to start getting pissed off at the judgments of people. Also, haven't eaten in 12 hours and that can get a little cuh-reapy.
But don't worry (if you were in any way worried, haha): I'll be back.
